Production Planning Administrator
12 Month maternity Contract
Working with a Publisher , Excel skills including Vlookup and Pivot tables are required for this role. The role will suit an experienced Administrator who is process orientated and can work with accuracy.
Role requirements include :
Ensuring all packing jobs are returned from the contract packers on time, in full and to the correct specification of the finished product
Create, check and book-in all orders so stock is collected or sent to the contract packer
Update internal systems regularly and accurately
Communicate face to face and via phone with internal departments and external suppliers and contacts
Assist the Production Planning Department in the re- prioritisation of workload
Assist in resolving quality control issues
To be successful in this role, Excel skills are essential, SAP is desired. Ability to work with accuracy with an administrative role, and with excellent telephone communication skills for communication with internal and external contacts is essential.
