The Opportunity

Our client is looking for a pro-active, highly organized and flexible individual to support the Supply Chain leadership team across a number of key areas. As a Supply Chain Team, we ensure that all restaurants are serviced with supply of food, packaging and other items that uphold the highest quality standards. In doing so, we need to operate a highly efficient and highly effective team. We’re looking for an individual to help with the smooth running of that team who can take ownership of the day-to-day administrative activities and help coordinate a lot of the behind-the-scenes activity that allows the leareship team to focus on setting the strategic direction.

What will my accountabilities be?

  • Provide administrative support to the Supply Chain Leadership Team
  • Setting up and co-ordinating meetings
  • Tracking actions & ensuring next steps are followed up
  • Leading on team events such as our famous Supply Chain conference

What Team will I be a part?

The Supply Chain team offers a fast paced and exciting environment. We work by collaborating across our three sub-teams and by being agile in the face of change. We need someone who can thrive under pressure and help drive things forward whether that’ coordinating activity across the Supply Chain Team or across the wider business.

Who are my customers?

The collective Supply Chain leadership team, consisting of the VP Supply Chain & Brand Trust, Heads of department and Supply Chain Managers. What background do I need to have? We’e looking for someone who can hit the ground running ideally with good experience in a co-ordination or administrative role.

The individual we’e searching for will:

  • Synthesize information quickly
  • Adapt quickly and easily to new or changing conditions
  • Operate with inititiave to overcome obstacles
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to coordinate activity across the team
  • Build relationships in the wider organisation in order to get things done
  • Ideally some events management and organisational experience is valuable but not essential
